        Nathaly Perez Darias is a Nutritional Science major at UTRGV and REALTOR® serving clients throughout the Rio Grande Valley and surrounding Texas markets. Born and raised in Havana, Cuba, she immigrated to the United States at the age of eight and eventually settled in Texas, giving her a strong understanding of Hispanic culture and the unique needs of families navigating the real estate process. She assists clients with residential homes, apartments, land, and investment properties, and is passionate about creating a comfortable, pressure-free experience so clients feel confident when making important decisions. Nathaly is the Founder and former President of the largest student organization in UTRGV history, which grew to over 300+ members during her leadership, is a self-taught polyglot fluent in four languages, was selected to work alongside a Texas State Representative, nominated Student Leader of the Year, has delivered speeches in front of audiences of 400+ people, and holds a Financial Literacy Certification. A lover of learning and deeply ambitious, Nathaly is a well-rounded professional committed to excellence in real estate.
